This Device Policy applies to visitors, event participants, contractors, and partners who use personal or company-issued devices while accessing DoeRayRUs services or participating in events.
By using a device in connection with DoeRayRUs, you expressly acknowledge and agree that DoeRayRUs, LLC reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or revoke device access where security, compliance, or business interests so require. No expectation of privacy exists for devices connected to DoeRayRUs systems, except as required by applicable law.
This Policy shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with federal and state cybersecurity regulations, and DoeRayRUs, LLC shall not be held liable for unauthorized use, data loss, or breaches caused by user negligence or third-party actions beyond its reasonable control.
